WHAT can be returned?

In the case of faulty products these can be returned, in the case of change of mind these are aproved on a case by case agreement, this will entail a  refund less postage on condition they have not been opened or tampered with in a way which would effect resale, this does not however includ digitally delivered items, irestocking fee in most cases will apply

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All returns must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
All returns have to be Authorised By UAV Me. return adress will be provided on enquiry
