Bear Balls Basic White Gels are a great all-rounder gel and come in a 100 gram pack.

Growth Instructions for different ball sizes:

• 7.0mm - 7.1mm - 1hr 30 mins
• 7.3mm - 7.5mm - 1hr 45 mins*

Always drain your gels and allow them to relax for a minimum of 30 mins before use.

* Note: It is recommended that these gels are not grown for any longer than 2 hours maximum
